Start-up and configuration

This procedure explains how to start-up and configure your MyPhone for the first time.

Prerequisite

Before starting this procedure, prepare:

  • The name and password of your Wi-Fi network.

  • Your Str@wberry username and password.

    Note: If you do not have a Str@wberry username yet, you will be able to create one during the configuration.

  • Your credit card information, if you want to add a payment method during configuration.

  • Your former Str@wberry mobile device or its backup data, if you are upgrading to a new device.

Procedure
  1. Press and hold the right side button.⚓

    1. The screen turns on and displays a welcome text.

  2. Follow the configuration assistant instructions and click on Next > when required.⚓
  3. At the end of the configuration, check the box I agree.⚓

    By checking I agree, you accept without restriction the terms of use of Str@wberry.

  4. Click on OK.⚓
  5. Result

    Your MyPhone is now operational and ready to be used.

NoteLocate MyPhone⚓

The app Locate MyPhone helps you find and protect your device in case of loss or theft. This app is automatically activated when you connect with your Str@wberry username during the configuration of the device. It includes a feature called Activation lock , which prevents any other person to activate and use your Myphone, even if it were completely erased.
